- Artist profile information: if you list as an Artist — your display name, bio, city/state, profile and cover photos, services, pricing, portfolio, availability, and any verification documents you choose to upload.
- Booking information: the service, date, time, and any notes you include when you request or accept a booking.
- Reviews and content: ratings, comments, and images you submit.
- Technical & usage data: device and browser information, IP address, and how you interact with the Platform, collected through cookies and analytics tools where enabled.

- To verify your identity via WhatsApp OTP and secure your account.
- To enable and facilitate bookings between customers and Artists.
